Historical Psychologists is an educational product that simulates historical and theoretical perspectives. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, crisis counseling, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
No Professional Reliance
You agree not to rely on the service for emergency help, treatment decisions, medication guidance, or other high-stakes professional matters. If you may be in danger or need urgent support, contact emergency or crisis services immediately.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to pursue unlawful activity, exploit minors, generate abusive or threatening content, evade rate limits, attack the service, or attempt to extract hidden credentials, prompts, or internal systems.
Accounts and Billing
Some features require sign-in. Paid features may later be offered through Stripe or another billing provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your billing and sign-in information current.
Availability and Limits
We may change models, pricing, limits, persona behavior, or product features at any time. We may also suspend or restrict access to protect the service from abuse, safety risks, technical instability, or excessive cost.
Content and Accuracy
Model-generated responses can be incomplete, biased, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it. Historical persona simulation may reflect outdated frameworks that are presented for educational context, not endorsement.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
